Rude and unwilling to treat me. I could not see out of my glasses- it felt like my eyes were pulling and my depth perception was way off. I went back and Dr. Cohen told me that there was nothing he could do, that this was my prescription. I was crying in his office explaining that I could not wear these glasses. Dr. Cohen ignored my complaints and the fact that I could not see with the glasses he provided and told me that he could not help me. He was incredibly rude and invalidating. I am shocked he is still in practice and has patients.
