The man reportedly lit himself on fire.

The death of a Shelton man killed in a fire in Ansonia has been ruled a suicide, the Shelton Herald reports.
According to the paper, Paul Czetwertynski, 50 reportedly poured an accelerant on himself and lit himself on fire.
Czetwertynski’s wife who was at the residence escaped with no injuries after the blaze broke out on Tuesday.
