The Naugatuck Valley Health District is offering flu vaccination for anyone age 18 years and older, regardless of town of residence. The Health District will bill all Medicare Part B plans and all Anthem plans. Participants must bring an insurance card from one of the above plans to the clinic to receive their flu vaccination at no charge. The cost for all others is $25, and a receipt will be provided upon request. Please Note: We are unable to accept Medicare HMO’s as well as United Health Care (formerly HealthNet). If you have any questions, you may call Naugatuck Valley Health District at (203) 881-3255 Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:00 PM. Please visit our website at www.nvhd.org for additional clinic dates and times. People attending the clinics are asked to wear loose fitting clothing with short sleeves.
