Saturday Event: East Rock Festival, New Haven 11:AM to 8:PM
The East Rock Festival is one of the largest organized events in the East Rock area. At previous festivals, we attracted over 3500 people and had over 25 sponsors. This year we are predicting more people and more vendors. The festival will be on Saturday, Sept 15, 2012.
This year’s Street festival will kick off at 11 A.M. and end at 8 P.M. The festival entertainment will be live music, dancing acts, and much more. There will be two stages on either end of the festival, so there will be constant entertainment. The food vendors will highlight the best restaurants and eateries in the East Rock area. There will be canopies where attendees can enjoy their food and soak in the atmosphere. There will also be children’s games, face-painting, and other children activities.

The festival is FREE! and open to the public. Please come down and enjoy what the East Rock community has to offer.

The East Rock Festival takes place on Orange Street in New Haven between Willow Street and Cottage Streets.
