Former Derby School Official Arrested On Child Porn Charge

DERBY, CT — A former Derby school facility director was arrested on child pornography possession charges.

David Nardone, 51, of New Haven was charged with first-degree possession of child pornography after his wife brought a computer to police with images of the lewd material, police said, according to the New Haven Register. He was arraigned in May.

Nardone told police that if the images existed his wife must have put them on because they were going through marriage issues.
