Kathleen L. Perkins-Kuba, 30, ADP Supervisor and Tax/Accounting Specialist

Kathleen L. Perkins-Kuba, 30, of Shelton, passed away suddenly on Wednesday, April 6, 2016. She was born on January 5, 1986, to Kathleen Muldowney Perkins and the late Alan G. Perkins.

Kathleen was born and raised in Milford and recently moved to Shelton. She graduated from Jonathan Law High School and received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Gibbs College. She was employed at ADP as a supervisor and tax/accounting specialist. She loved animals and enjoyed music, never missing the Summer Vibes Festival held every year at Seaside Park. She was an avid Subaru enthusiast, having attended many shows and was also featured with her much loved car in Subaru Magazine. Kathleen was fashion forward and mechanically inclined. She was devoted to her daughter, Scarlet, her family and her pets. Kathleen was effortlessly beautiful in all ways. Her smile and laughter will be profoundly missed by everyone who had the honor and privilege of knowing her. She will live on in those she so selflessly gave to through her final gift of organ donation.

Besides her mother, Kathleen, and her daughter, Scarlet Kathleen Kuba, she leaves behind her boyfriend, Matthew Edsall; her sisters, Angela Richards and her husband Robert, and Sarah Perkins; nieces, Isabella Russ, Abigail Russ and Erin Riley Richards; nephew, Jacob Alan Burns; her daughter’s father, Eric Kuba; and many more family members and friends. Besides her father, Alan, Kathleen is predeceased by her grandparents, Frank and Genevieve Perkins and John and Dorothy Muldowney.

A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 107 Broad St., Milford, CT. Interment will follow at King’s Highway Cemetery in Milford. Friends and family are invited to call Tuesday, April 12, 2016, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the CODY-WHITE FUNERAL HOME.
