Proposed Condo Complex on Long Hill Avenue Withdrawn by Owners

The owners are considering other options.

Shelton, CT - Jack and Josephine Gaida, the owners of land proposed for a condominium complex on Long Hill Avenue, reportedly withdrew their application this week, according to their attorney.

The two are now considering other uses for the property, located at at 405 Long Hill Ave., writes the Shelton Herald. They will likely submit an application to the Planning and Zoning officials in the future.

In recent months, the project had been scaled back to 14 units, down from 18, but residents still opposed it.
