Schedule Change for Hearing on Shelter Ridge Development in Shelton
The Planning and Zoning Commission meeting had originally been scheduled for Aug. 24.

SHELTON, CT — The Planning and Zoning Commission hearing scheduled for Aug. 24 on the proposed Shelter Ridge development in Shelton reportedly has been rescheduled to Sept. 7.
The Shelton Herald writes that the date change is according to P&Z Chair Ruth Parkins. A specific reason for the new date was not immediately available.
Recently, the developers of the proposed apartment building reduced its height from nine stories to four to five stories.
