Shelton Police Arrest Log Sept. 7-13

All of the information is provided by the Shelton Police Department and all the charges are accusations at this point.

The latest Shelton arrests:

  • Fernando Dias, 45, of Huntington Heights was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and risk of injury/impairing the morals of a minor on Sept. 12. He was given a $10,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 14.
  • Robert Ancefsky, 49, of Beardsley Road was charged with use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 11. He was given a court date of Sept. 25.
  • Wayne Kichar, 59, of Maple Lane was charged with criminal violation of a protective order on Sept. 11. He was given a $10,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 14.
  • Anthony Steven Kichar, 27, of Derby was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 11. He was given a $1,500 bond and a court date of Sept. 25.
  • William Salvatore Tortora, 54, of Cranston Avenue was charged with second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 10. He was given a $1,000 bond and a court date of Sept. 24.
  • Lee J Scianna, 48, of Seymour was charged with two counts first-degree failure to appear and second-degree failure to appear on Sept. 10. He was given a combined bond of $25,000 and a court date of Sept. 24.
  • Francisco Zapata, 18, of Myrtle Street was charged with second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and third-degree assault on Sept. 10. He was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 24.
  • Michael Peter Galian, 66, of Stevenson was charged with second-degree breach of peace on Sept. 8. He was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 22.
  • George Perduta, 57, of Kensington was charged with disorderly conduct on Sept. 8. He was given a $500 bond and a court date of Sept. 22.
