Shelton defeated Oxford 8-0 on Tuesday night in the loser's bracket final in the 11-12 District Three softball tournament.
Shelton advanced to face Seymour in the final on Friday at Nelligan 1 (5:45 p.m.). It will need to win twice to take the title.
