VALLEY SHAKESPEARE FESTIVAL AUDITIONS

Valley Shakespeare Festival Auditions

Valley Shakespeare Festival will hold auditions for its summer production of William Shakespeare's comedy "Much Ado About Nothing" this Saturday, March 29th from 10am to 2pm at the Shelton Community Center, 41 Church St, Shelton.  

Three performances of the play will be presented in Shelton's Veterans' Memorial Park at 8pm on July 10th, 11th and 12th.  Rehearsals begin on Monday, June 23rd and will continue through the last performance.

Anyone interested in auditioning for a role in the production should come prepared to read and bring along their portfolio, including head shot and resume, if available.  All levels of performers are welcome; no prior experience is required.

Valley Shakespeare Festival is a non-profit, fiscally sponsored organization dedicated to bringing free theater to the communities of the lower Naugatuck Valley.
