The project dates back 10 years and is once again before the Zoning Commission.

SIMSBURY, CT — The Zoning Commission conditionally approved Dorset Crossing LLC's proposal to construct two multi-unit residential housing buildings at 115 and 130 Casterbridge Crossing.

The project is called “Crown Simsbury Apartments.” The project dates back to 2012 and the original approval included two apartment buildings with a total of 72 units.
