Arrests for the Week of Dec. 21-27, 2011

On December 20, Roger Edward Fecteau, 40, of 12 Quarry Rd., Granby, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and failure to drive right. Total bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 11, 2012 was set.

On December 22, Brian D. Eilers, 18, of 5 Clifdon Dr., Simsbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession with intent to sell and possession of more than 4 ounces of a controlled substance/marijuana. Bond was set at $2,500 and a court date of January 12, 2012 was set.

On December 22, Glenn Schwitter, 18, of 5 Avery Way, Simsbury, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of more than 4 ounces of a controlled substance/marijuana. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 12, 2012 was set.

On December 22, Hamad A. Elfeky, 47, of 71 Hopmeadow St., Apt. A, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of December 23 was set.

On December 24, Michael Bogatay, 47, of 103 East Hill Rd., Canton, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 11, 2012 was set.

On December 25, Cristian Smith, 28, of 13 Willow Ln., Avon, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence and making restricted turns/failure to signal. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 11, 2012 was set.

On December 26, Jeremy Allyn Vearil, 35, of 82 Climax Rd., Simsbury, was charged with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, left lane restriction and improper signal for a turn. Bond was set at $500 and a court date of January 11, 2012 was set.
