This film documents the Eastern White Pine tree's central role in the founding and building of America, its logging history, and its current importance to wildlife and humans. Featuring Simsbury's own Belden Forest located behind Simsbury Public Library. This film will answer why the Eastern White Pine (Pinus strobus) was at one time the most valuable tree in the world and much more. &nbsp;

We welcome first time parents or expecting parents (both moms and dads) to join us for information sessions in a small and welcoming group setting. Our instructor, Brynna, is a registered nurse who has 5 years of experience in Neonatal Intensive Care and 2 years of experience in postpartum nursing. She is also an IBCLC. Each week Brynna will share information, hands on demonstrations and answer questions on a topic. Topics and instruction can be customized based on the interests of the group that week. Some possible topics may include:
