Hospital Clinic for Minor Conditions Opens at Stop & Shop in Simsbury

You can go there for minor conditions and symptoms or get an inoculation, and shop while you're waiting.

An announcement from state Rep. John Hampton’s office:

State Rep. John Hampton (D-Simsbury) cut the ribbon at the grand-opening of the inaugural Saint Francis FastCare Clinic located at the Super Stop & Shop, 498 Bushy Hill Rd., Simsbury, CT on November 10.

The first Saint Francis FastCare retail primary care clinic offering convenient and economical healthcare for minor conditions and symptoms opened at the Super Stop & Shop supermarket in Simsbury. This is the first in-store high-quality healthcare primary care clinic of its kind in a supermarket in Central Connecticut.

“I am very pleased to see Saint Francis and Stop & Shop collaborate to offer another option for medical treatment to Simsbury residents,” said Rep. Hampton. “Having Simsbury chosen as the first location for a grocery and medical facility in the area, speaks well of this great town.”

Along with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, Saint Francis and Stop & Shop welcomed visitors to the new clinic with a face painter for children and the opportunity for shoppers to win a Stop & Shop gift card.
