Millwright's and McLean's Plan "Lunch at The Loft" for Tuesday, October 27th
Last chance this season to enjoy "Late Harvest" fare at Millwright's "Lunch at the Loft'
Join Chef Tyler Anderson at The Loft at Millwright’s Restaurant & 1680 Tavern on Tuesday, October 27th as he demos ingredients in a three-course lunch menu using fall’s late harvest matched with seasonal herbs from local farms. Health Coach Sarah Leathers from McLean will be on hand to share valuable nutritional details of the luncheon’s key ingredients.
Guests will be served a delicious meal from Millwright’s kitchen with portions of the recipes prepared by Chef Anderson. There will be plenty of opportunity for questions and answers.
Each guest will also leave with a gift bag with luncheon recipes, inspiration to prepare delicious, nutritious meals at home using fresh local ingredients, plus educational handouts.

Enjoy a three course lunch with beverage, cooking demonstration, nutritional presentation with Q&A, recipes and handouts. The cost is $40 per person and includes tax and tip. Wine list is available for an additional cost.

Sarah Leathers is a Senior Living Community Advisor at McLean and also a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. With a certificate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, this education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching and preventive health. Sarah has studied over 100 different dietary theories from many of the experts in the industry and uses her knowledge to help make healthy changes in people’s lifestyles
