Noted Singer-Songwriters to Perform at Westminster School
Singer-songwriters Kris Delmhorst and Jeffrey Foucault will give a free concert at Westminster School May 21.

Kris Delmhorst, an American singer, songwriter and instrumentalist, will give a performance at Westminster School May 21 as part of a series of readings and concerts held at the school during the academic year. She will be performing with her husband, singer-songwriter Jeffrey Foucault.
Delmhorst has released six full-length records, as well as an array of EPs, side projects and collaborations. A wide-ranging eclectic artist, her recordings have included intimate acoustic sets, rock band renderings, home recording landscapes collaged from found and unexpected sounds, and works of classic poetry refigured and set to music. She has appeared on vocals, cello and fiddle on records and stages with numerous fellow songwriters. Her newest album, “The Wild,” was co-produced with Foucault, who has also released numerous albums, including “Blood Brothers,” and tours nationally and internationally.
The concert is free and open to the public and will begin at 7 p.m. in the Gund Reading Room of the school’s Armour Academic Center. Ample parking will be available in the parking lot adjacent to Armour Academic Center. The event is made possible by generous grants from the Ford-Goldfarb English Department Enrichment Fund, the McKinley Fund and the Connell Fund.
