Public Skating At Simsbury Rink To End Season On Sunday

The last day to skate at the Simsbury Farms Ice Rink for the 2023-24 season is Sunday, March 10.

SIMSBURY, CT — A sure sign of spring's arrival, a momentous occasion for some, is a sad conclusion for others as the season ends Sunday at the popular Simsbury Farms Ice Rink.

Public skating for the 2023-24 season ends on Sunday, March 10. It opened back on Nov. 4, 2023.

The public skating facility, located at 100 Old Farms Road, Simsbury, is home to free skates, skating lessons, pickup hockey and any other activity requiring bladed shoes and frozen water.

Open skating programs are available at various times at the rink every day of the week except Saturday.

Sunday's program is from 2:15 to 4:14 p.m.
