Raymond M. Wall, 60, of Cornell Street, Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; improper use of marker/license/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; violation of readable plates/lost plates; and violation of a standing criminal protective order at 8:46 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 21.

Christopher George White, 47, of Library Lane, Simsbury, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane and failure to take a sobriety test at 2:40 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 20.
