Martel O. Davis, 31, of Pine Lane, Windsor, was charged with second-degree harassment at 10 a.m. A court date was not available.

July 18

Steven Glenn Howes, 45, of Canal Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 7 p.m. He will appear in court July 31.
