Simsbury Arrest Log: July 19-July 26

SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for July 19-July 26, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

July 22

Gentry Julia Stewart, 30, of Library Lane, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 10:32 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 23.

July 24

Jesse W. Morgan, 42, of Executive Square, Wethersfield, was charged with criminal attempt at fourth-degree forgery; first-degree forgery; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:59 p.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

Benjamin John Phillips, 29, of Winthrop Street, Tarriffville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:50 p.m. He was to appear in court July 25.

Kimberly Jo Davies, 43, of Winthrop Street, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 8:50 p.m. She was to appear in court July 25.

July 26

Luis Osccar Rivera, 27, of Whitmore Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and third-degree criminal mischief at 4:08 a.m. He was to appear in court July 26.

Jane Lewtan, 25, of Old Clinton Road, Westbrook, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive on the right at 6:45 p.m. She will appear in court Aug. 30.
