SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for July 27-Aug. 7, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

July 30

Casjeem Sean Brooks, 26, of Oakland Terrace, Hartford, was charged with speeding and failure to take a sobriety test at 4:32 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 30.

July 31

Ryan Paul Williams, 18, of Amato Drive, South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving; engaging police in pursuit; failure to obety a stop sign; improper use of marker plates; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; and unsafe passing at 8:31 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 30.

Aug. 1

Tracy Bistany, 36, of Sweetbriar Road, East Granby, was charged with evading responsibility in a motor vehicle at 7:14 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 6.

Aug. 2

Curtis Joseph Nonken, 31, of Lawrence Avenue, Avon, was charged witih second-degree reckless endangerment and first-degree criminal trespassing at 7:13 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 7.

Aug. 4

Michael Richard Walton, 44, of Ely Place, Simsbury, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 10:05 p.m. He will appear in court Sept. 7.

Aug. 6

Crispulo Lizardo Olmas-Silva, 65, of Roosevelt Avenue, Corona, N.Y., was charged with conspiracy to commit second-degree burglary and possession fo burglar tools at 2:53 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 7.
