Judas Xebastain, 51, of Montrose Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 4:42 p.m. He was to appear in court May 15.

May 16

Patrick C. Schooley, 58, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:55 p.m. He will appear in court June 21.
