May 20

Aleksander Charnetskiy, 56, of Lovely Street, Avon, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely at 9:05 p.m. He will appear in court June 21.

May 21

Christopher Michael Hacker, 24, of Hammond Street, Vernon, was charged with second-degree harassment at 4:23 p.m. He was to appear in court May 22.

May 23

Stephen T. Baker, 32, Ely Place, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:35 p.m. He will appear in court June 29.
