May 31

Juan Carlos Penaranda, 38, of Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; falsifying a marker/license/registration; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 10:41 p.m. He will appear in court July 5.

June 2

David Frederick Pritzl, 24, of Simsbury Landing, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 5:55 p.m. He will appear in court July 5.

June 6

Jacob D. Middlebrook, 32, of Collins Street, Hartford, was charged with larceny of a motor vehicle at 11 a.m. He was to appear in court June 6.
