May 8

Michael Ortega, 31, of Evergreen Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree threatening; and carrying a dangerou weapon at 2:19 a.m. He was to appear in court May 8.

May 9

Carlos Lopez, 43, of Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and risk of injhttps://www.simsbury-ct.gov/po...ury to a child at 8:21 p.m. He was to appear in court May 10.

David J. Stumpo, 59, of Red Robin Road, Naugutuck, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane at 9:08 p.m. He will appear in court June 14.

May 10

Clayton Matthew Head, 40, of Trumbull Street, Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct; risk of injury to a child; electronic stalking; and second-degree stalking at 9:19 a.m. He was to appear in court May 11.
