Simsbury Arrest Logs: Sept. 6-Sept. 19

SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Sept. 6-Sept. 19, 2023, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

Sept. 13

Thomas Murphy, 54, Norton Lane, Farmington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault of an elderly victim; second-degree reckless endangerment; disobeying an officer's signal; and first-degree threatening with a firearm at 3:36 p.m. He will appear in Court Oct. 19.

Edwin Pacheco, 27, of Weston Street, Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 10:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 13.
