April 12

Angela Pace-Stall, 48, of Wiggins Farm Drive, Simsbury, was charged with fifth-degree larceny and sixth-degree larceny at 5:10 p.m. She will appear in court May 2.

April 15

Ibrahim Salaheldeen Salih, 18, of Alexander Road, New Britain, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court at 4:08 p.m. He will appear in court May 2.

Siobhan Elizabeth Dale, 26, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 10:06 p.m. She will appear in court May 1.

April 19

Scott E. Cohen, 37, of Crestview Road, Simsbury, was charged with violation of a protective order at 6:17 p.m. He was to appear in court April 22.

April 20

James Patrick Sheridan Wnek, 25, of Old Farms Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; improper use of a high-beam light; and carrying a dangerous weapon at 3:05 a.m. He will appear in court May 8.

April 21

Matthew Thomas McGowan, 25, of Collins Road, Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12:22 a.m. He was to appear in court April 22.

April 24

David J. Deschenes, 47, of Standish Street, Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; improper use of marker/registration/license; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; use of drug paraphernalia; and possession of a controlled substance at 4:20 p.m. He will appear in court May 18.

Xia Gao, 45, of Cooper Avenue, Weatogue, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:30 p.m. She was to appear in court April 25.
