Ding Sheng Lin, 50, of Wildwood Road, Simsbury, was charged with murder at 6:40 p.m. He was arraigned in court April 29.

Steven Lawrence Tirillo, 23, of Hartford Avenue, Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 2:56 a.m. He will appear in court May 15.
