Michael David Schuckie, 55, of Forest Lane, Glastonbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to use a turn signal at 10:28 a.m. He will appear in court May 22.
