Michael Ryan Romano, 47, of Juniper Drive, Avon, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to drive in the proper lane at 1:36 a.m. He will appear in court Aug. 21.

David Frederick Pritizl, 25, of Simsbury Landing, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:01 a.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.
Aug. 4
Christopher Cargill, 22, of Elm Street, Simsbury, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 5:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 5.
Aug. 7
Nicholas Ramon Collazo, 18, of Croft Drive, Manchester, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 5:07 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 29.
Aug. 8
Srinivas Govindu, 53, of South Main Street, Torrington, was charged with first-degree sexual assault at 5:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 9.
Aug. 9
Lalit Chonk, 22, of Deep Wood Road, Simsbury, was charged with reckless driving at 6:56 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 28.
Brian Rubenstein, 35, of Skaret Road, East Hartland, was charged with creating a public disturbance; throwing objects at a motor vehicle; and reckless driving at 7:53 p.m. He will appear in court Aug. 29.
Aug. 11
Seth Anderson, 21, of Country Lane, Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 5:55 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 12.
Aug. 15
Michael S. Wroniak, 49, of Back Road, Windham, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; violation of a protective order; and illegal operation by a motor carrier at 6:30 p.m. He was to appear inc ourt Aug. 16.
