Merlvyn R. Fenn, 65, of Grant Drive, Avon, was charged with disorderly conduct at 1 p.m. He was to appear in court Aug. 26.

Caden Ryan Archambeault, 20, of Beechwood Road, Windsor, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; possession of alcohol by a minor; speeding; and possession of a cannabis plant less than 50 ounces by someone aged 18-21 at 12:52 a.m. He will appear in court Sept. 11.
Amy Elizabeth Ehle, 41, of Freedom Drive, Collinsville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; failure to display lights; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 8:25 p.m. She will appear in court Sept. 11.
