Andrew Sean Hunter, 20, of Fawnbrook Lane, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane at 2:49 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 14, 2025.
