Dec. 5

Kevin T. Gelinas, 45, of Hazard Avenue, Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing and violation of a protective order at 9:25 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 6.

Dec. 8

Aaron Jacob Livingston, 21, of Firetown Road, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; second-degree burglary; third-degree criminal trespassing; and third-degree criminal mischief at 1:22 a.m. He will appear in court Jan. 8, 2025.

Dec. 10

Rachel Golding Buchanan, 45, of Quorn Hunt Road, West Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and failure to drive in the proper lane at 11:28 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 8, 2025.
