Dec. 7

Deborah Donaldson, 68, of Burlington Road, Farmington, was charged with second-degree harassment at 5:45 p.m. She will appear in court Jan. 18, 2024.

Dec. 9

Sheldon Chase Brown, 28, of Main Street, East Hartford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court; violation of a protective order; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension at 1:51 a.m. He was to appear in court on Dec. 11 and Dec. 19. He will appear in court on Jan. 17, 2024.

Isabel A. Huertas, 30, of Britt Road, East Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 3:50 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 11.

Dec. 10

Edward S. Frawley, 57, of Kettletown Road, Simsbury, was charged with failure to drive in the proper lane; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 5:47 p.m. He will appear in court Jan. 17, 2024.

Dec. 19

Gemma Elle Marcone, 36, of Foxcroft Road, West Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and failure to use a turn signal at 2 a.m. She will appear in court Jan. 31, 2024.

Brendan J. O'Connor, 43, of Mountain View Avenue, Avon, was charged with violation of a protective order at 11:57 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 20.
