SIMSBURY, CT — Here are the arrest logs for Feb. 2 - Feb. 8, 2025, as provided by the Simsbury Police Department.

Feb. 3

Andrew William Payne, 40, of Sturgeon River Road, Glastonbury, was charged with possession of a sawed-off shotgun/silencer; criminal possession of a firearm; using a machine gun for aggressive purposes; illegal possession of an assault weapon; and a gun manufacturer/application violation at 6:30 a.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 3.

Robert J. Darche, 66, of Sheila Court, Bristol, was charged with first-degree criminal trespassing at 5:30 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.

Andre Lamont Allen, 33, of Birch Road, Avon, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest; engaging police in pursuit; improper use of marker plates/license/registration; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; and illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance at 6:41 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 20.

Feb. 6

Aftab Ahmad-Khan, 52, of Point Terrace, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault; disorderly conduct; and risk of injury to a child at 3:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Feb. 6.
