Feb. 22

Philip A. Dreher, 34, of Buttonwood Drive, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 9:38 a.m. He will appear in court March 13.

Feb. 26

Jeffrey Barcelo Richardson, 32, of Murtha's Way, Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to display lights at 1:30 a.m. He will appear in court March 13.
