Nicolas Adrian Gonzales, 24, of Banks Road, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; third-degree assault; second-degree unlawful restraint; interfering with an emergency call; second-degree strangulation/suffocation; and risk of injury to a child at 9:09 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 13.

Gianni W. Centeno, 38, of Baggott Street, West Haven, was charged with fifth-degree larceny at 6:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 13.

Jan. 14

Matthew A. Cordone, 30, of Thompson Street, New York, N.Y., was charged with first-degree larceny at 6:20 a.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 14.

Jason Paul Thorgalsen, 35, of Dorset Crossing, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace; illegal operation of a motor vehicle (harassment/intimidation); and threatening at 10:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Jan. 15.

Jan. 15

Frank Thomas Guilfoyle, 54, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol at 12:35 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 5.

Jan. 17

Brandon Michael Sullo, 21, of Evergreen Avenue, Hamden, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; second-degree larceny; and conspiracy to commit second-degree larceny at 2:06 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 6.
