Jan. 27

Robert Perry, 66, Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 7:38 p.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Jan. 28

Jacqueline Gambardella, 26, of North Airline Road, Wallingford, was charged with sixth-egree larceny; second-degree robbery; and conspiracy to commit second-degree robbery at 10 a.m. She was to appear in court Jan. 28.

Jan. 29

Theresa Lamontagne, 38, of Lovely Street, Canton, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:08 p.m. She will appear in court Feb. 19.

Jan. 31

Jose Luiz Ribeiro, 45, of Park Road, West Hartford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension; operating an unregistered motor vehicle; illegal operation of a motor vehicle without minimum insurance; and falsifying marker/plates/registration at 3:31 a.m. He will appear in court Feb. 19.

Laqyla Denisha Foy, 33, of Homestead Avenue, Hartford, was charged with violation of a protective order at 4:50 p.m. She was to appear in court Feb. 3.
