Nicholas R. Neill, 35, of Winthrop Street, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly condcut at 8:15 p.m. He was to appear in court June 27.

June 27

Maureen Heinrich, 62, of West Mountain Road, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct at 9:21 p.m. She was to appear in court June 28.

June 28

Gary S. Weeks, 52, of Parker Street, Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 5:47 p.m. He will appear in court July 17.

June 30

Brian Christopher Bernard, 30, of Meadow Street, Wallingford, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 6:50 a.m. He will appear in court July 17.

July 1

Ibo Luis Villanueva, 21, of Bodwell Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 8:14 p.m. He was to appear in court July 2.

Onyx Xavier Villanueva, 19, of Bodwell Street, Hartford, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest at 8:13 p.m. He will appear in court July 18.
