Jarrett Krischke, 41, of Hilltop Drive, Manchester, was charged with possession of a controlled substance; third-degree criminal mischief; third-degree larceny; and second-degree failure to appear in court at 9:59 p.m. He was to appear in court March 15.

Jeremy Soytuque, 18, of Pinecrest Drive, Simsbury, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 9:01 a.m. He will appear in court April 4.

Josue Burgos, 44, of Main Street, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny and third-degree forgery at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court March 18.

Andrew William Payne, 40, of Sturgeon River Road, Glastonbury, was charged with interfering with an officer/resisting arrest and carrying a dangerous weapon at 7:38 p.m. He was to appear in court March 21.

Gabriel Nieves, 28, of Beech Street, Holyoke, Mass., was charged with third-degree larceny at 3:45 p.m. He will appear in court April 11.

Susan M. Griffin, 64, of Main Street, Tarriffville, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 7:03 p.m. She will appear in court April 10.

Terence Lamar Peterson, 39, of Grimes Brook Place, Simsbury, was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a standing criminal protective order at 1:42 p.m. He was to appear in court March 26.
