Alexander Edison Dixon, 31, of Main Street, Tariffville, was charged with third-degree assault and violation of a protective order at 6:14 a.m. He was to appear in court March 28.

April 1

Christopher Albion Richardson, 44, of Robin Drive, Barkhamsted, was charged with disorderly conduct at 12 a.m. He was to appear in court April 1.

April 3

Jamie R. Samuelson, 30, of Hopmeadow Street, Simsbury, was charged with two counts of second-degree failure to appear in court at 8:03 a.m. He was to appear in court April 4.
