Christopher S. Benjamin, 70, of Kerr Farm Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs; failure to drive in the proper lane; and evading responsibility for injury/property damage at 5:56 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 18.
Nicholas Ryan Neill, 35, of Winthrop Street, Tariffville (Simsbury), was charged with disorderly conduct and violation of a protective order at 11:55 p.m. He was to appear in court on Dec. 3.
