Samuel Todd Farrelly, 23, of Drummond Road, Enfield, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 4:32 a.m. He will appear in court Nov. 6.

Robert W. Latonie, 62, of Old Road, East Granby, was charged with interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest and disorderly conduct at 11:59 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 14.
