Patrick Talarski, 18, of Applewood Lane, Avon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 10 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 30.

Oct. 21

Djanet J. Lee, 33, of Cleveland Avenue, Hartford, was charged with second-degree custodial interference at 11 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 30.
