Oct. 24

Jesse Marks, 30, of Prospect Street, Torrington, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny; three counts of fifth-degree larceny; and fourth-degree larceny at 10:15 a.m. He was to appear in court on Oct. 24.

Oct. 26

Sylvaughn O. Sealy, 52, of Silease Deane Highway, Wethersfield, was charged with theft of plates/inserts; improper use of marker/registration plates; and operating an unregistered motor vehicle at 8:24 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 13.

Oct. 27

Sandra Joan Lebowitz, 66, of Crescent Park Square, Ashburn, Va., was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:14 a.m. She will appear in court Nov. 13.
