Alexander Edison Dixon, 32, of Main Street, Tariffville, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and threatening at 11:48 p.m. He was to appear in court Oct. 9.

Oct. 9

Melissa Strickland, 36, of Alan Drive, Simsbury, was charged with second-degree custodial interference at 4:56 p.m. She will appear in court Oct. 31.
