Sept. 12

Luis Miguel Rodriguez, 26, of Bushnell Street, Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit third-degree burglary; third-degree burglary; conspiracy to commit first-degree criminal mischief; first-degree criminal mischief; and third-degree larceny at 10 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 12.

John Byron Bien, 47, of Sawka Drive, East Hartford, was charged with criminal violation of a restraining order at 9:50 p.m. He will appear in court Oct. 3.

Sept. 13

Richard John Sonsini, 61, of Peterson Road, Granby, ws charged with violation of a protective order at 1:59 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 16.
