Sept. 22

Michael Bryant Cebrik, 55, of Madison Lane, West Simsbury, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 4:30 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Dennis J. Coughlin, 44, of Seymour Road, East Granby, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 1:45 a.m. He will appear in court Oct. 25.

Sept. 24

Scott G. Oberst, 51, of Wolcott Woods Drive, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 6:40 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 25.

Sept. 26

Kenneth J. Levesque, 38, of Mountain Road, Simsbury, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 7:58 p.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.

Philip A. Dreher, 33, of Buttonwood Drive, Simsbury, was charged with possession of a controlled substance at 3:07 p.m. he will appear in court Nov. 2.

Alexander Stanton Bowen, 29, of Winterwood, Windsor, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault at 11:40 a.m. He was to appear in court Sept. 27.

Sept. 27

Paxton Shawn Deeley, 29, of Bushy Hill Road, Simsbury, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and following too closely at 8:29 p.m. He will appear in court Nov. 1.
