Thursday, Dec. 13

Elaine Vallo, 59, of 8 Collins Rd., Collinsville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to slow/move over for emergency vehicle, 10:06 p.m.

Brendan P. Moore, 22, of 111 Creamery Hill Rd., Granby, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive in proper lane, 11:33 p.m.

Sunday, Dec. 16

Byron E. Pierce, 40, of 77 Maplewood Ave., West Hartford, was charged with illegally operating a motor vehicle without an ignition device, 3:50 pm.

Thursday, Dec. 20

Barbara Blumenschine, 63, of 2 The Green, Collinsville, was charged with operating under the influence and failure to drive right, 4:00 p.m.
